Ashley (M.A., Child and Youth Studies, B.A. Hons Child and Youth Studies & Psychology; ACC) is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and has over 4 years of experience (and 300+ hours). She has mainly worked with women on personal development in the areas of career alignment, work/life balance, and general life satisfaction looking at things like confidence, courage, boundaries, energy, and time management/habits. She also spent over a year and a half working with youth who had experienced homelessness to coach them through a leadership program aimed at helping them step into leading their own lives and having better social outcomes. They worked on things like confidence, self esteem, perseverance, goal setting, time management and forming productive habits.
Ashley is also a mother to three beautiful girls and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors!

I am business and empowerment coach who works with various entrepreneurs and working women. I have over 16 years of management/CEO experience and 2 years coaching, and hold a BA in Business. I lived most of my life based on what society thought and expected of me. It wasn’t until I felt like I was hitting rock bottom that I decided to make a change and make myself a priority by embarking on my self-worth journey. Now, I am passionate about helping others break free from societal constraints, gain confidence, and pursue their dreams fearlessly.
With a focus on fostering confidence, clarity, and courage, I work closely with my clients to identify their goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them. Whether it's navigating career transitions, building successful businesses, or simply reclaiming personal empowerment, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards self-discovery and fulfillment.

Our Philosophy
The idea behind Poli & Ashley D is simple- in a word that is so caught up in identity, we work with individuals to help them truly get to know themselves, apart from the labels that society casts onto them- we see possibility beyond these. In modern times, feelings seem to be what dictate our labels and identities, often limiting our potential, shackling us to our past, and holding us back from truly knowing ourselves. When we are able to strip away these titles, accolades and false identities, we get to know our TRUE selves.
Knowing ourselves, we can step more confidently into self-control, self-efficacy, growth, healing, prospering, living intentionally, and living abundantly. We become better leaders- to ourselves, as parents, friends, siblings, supervisors, CEO’s, etc. The domino effect of this change is large, and carries with it a ripple effect into other areas and peoples lives that we can not begin to imagine.
